Echo Wall, LLC., created this Privacy Policy to describe how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit or use any Echo Wall Services. By accessing and/or using this Echo Wall website or any Echo Wall Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The term "Echo Wall" means Echo Wall, LLC. and/or its Affiliates. The term "Affiliate" means, with respect to any party, any person or entity which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such party. The term "Echo Wall Service" means the websites of Echo Wall, including www.replywall.com, any other sites on which this Privacy Policy is posted, and any other Echo Wall applications, services or products licensed, downloaded or otherwise accessed by you through third party websites or sources, including the products and services available through any of the foregoing.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an Echo Wall account or to access or use most Echo Wall Services. If you are younger than thirteen (13) (or the age of legal majority where you live): (i) you may not access or use Echo Wall Services, or (ii) you may use the Echo Wall Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of thirteen (13), you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in relation to any Echo Wall Services. Changes to the Privacy Policy:
Echo Wall, LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the changed or modified version of the Privacy Policy on the Site. Any such changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the Last Revised date above.
INFORMATION THAT WE MAY COLLECT
User Information:
We may collect the following information when you sign up with an Echo Wall Service: first name, last name, email address, billing address, credit or debit card information or other payment details, depending upon your form of payment. When you register for an Echo Wall Account or later access your Account, you may be able to adjust settings and preferences within your Account to choose whether to share and make publicly visible other pieces of Your Information, and the Service may display Your Information based on the settings and preferences you choose.
Technical Information:
When a user accesses an Echo Wall Service, we may collect technical information about the user’s device, such as the IP address that requested the display of the Echo Wall Services, whether you are connected to Wi-Fi or to Mobile Data, name of the Internet service provider, the operating system type, the hardware type of your device, the resolution of your device’s screen and the identifiers associated with the device.
Sign Up information:
Any information you provide to us, and any information you choose to share about yourself as part of your use of any Echo Wall Services, may be stored as entered, such as your authentication method and information.
Cookies and Web beacons:
Cookies are text files that we and our service providers may place on your device's browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your shopping cart between visits, personalized Echo Wall advertisements on third party websites or mobile applications, and personalized third party advertisements within certain Echo Wall Service. We may use cookies to record your settings, preferences and usage within an Echo Wall Service.
Web beacons, are small pieces of code that we and our service providers may place on an Echo Wall Service to monitor and collect data about visitor behavior within the Echo Wall Services.
We may also track other types of information, such as what users downloaded and installed, any download errors, what users purchased, how long users have been participating in any Echo Wall Services, the last time a user accessed an Echo Wall Service, user behavior and using (e.g., which options you choose, your progress in the service, how long you use), whether a user has got any of our services or other promotions featured on an Echo Wall Service, ad response measurement and other Echo Wall Services analytics.

Social Networking Sites:
If you access an Echo Wall Service through a third party social networking site, Echo Wall may receive information about your social networking site profile, including without limitation the information you make publicly available, your social networking site user ID, your name, profile and cover photos. If you invite new members into your social network or send messages through social networking site, we may collect the information associated with those messages, including your friends' social networking site user IDs, email addresses and contents.
Mobile:
When you download or access Echo Wall Services through a mobile device, we and our service providers may receive information about your location (based on your IP address) and your mobile device, including various unique identifiers associated with your device, hardware type, the version of your operating system. We and our service providers may use this information to provide you with personalized advertising and other content, including advertising and content based on your location.
Aggregated, Anonymous Information:
We may collect aggregated, anonymized information through Echw Wall Services that does not identify any single user or device. If you choose to provide a username within an Echo Wall Service, please do not provide as your username any information that identifies you in real life, such as your real name or living address.
USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
To Provide Services to You:
We may use your username, email address, and password to uniquely identify you as a user of an Echo Wall Service, to provide you with services and to process transactions. We may use or display your username and avatar or profile photos. We may use your date of birth to confirm your eligibility to participate in Echo Wall Services.
Advertising Purposes:
Subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may use your contact information to process our promotional emails to send you updates, security alerts, or administrative messages relating to Echo Wall Services. Your contact information will allow us to notify you about new features, enhancements, resolution of Echo Wall Services problems, handle and/or route your customer support questions and issues, and inform you of upgrade events.
If our "Share a friend" feature is available within a particular Echo Wall Service and you choose to participate in it, your email will be shared with the person to whom you send the Echo Wall Service using this feature. We may use an IP address to surface the appropriate country-based version of an Echo Wall Service to a user, or to exercise our ability to restrict access to the site by users who have violated our Terms of Use.
Product Improvement and Security:
We may use information collected to calculate aggregate, anonymized statistics about our user community for the purpose of enhancing our Echo Wall Services, or for security purposes.
Echo Wall takes reasonable measures to help protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration by third parties. Protection of Echo Wall and Others:
We may also disclose your information if there is a violation of the Terms of Use or other agreements; if we have a good faith belief that the law requires it; or if needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Echo Wall, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with entities for fraud detection and protection, and credit risk reduction as well as in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Linking with Social Networks:
If you access a Social Network, we may use your social networking site profile ID to link your social networking site account with your activities within the Social Network or offer personalized Echo Wall advertisements on the social networking site. We may use your social networking site user names and avatars to identify you to the social networking site account you've linked to your activities within the Social Network.
If you access a Social Network and provide us with another person's contact information for purposes of delivering information through a Social Network, we may use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person that he or she has been invited to join a Social Network or received content through a Social Network. All invitees are provided with the option not to receive further invitations from Echo Wall.
Third Party Service Providers:
We may disclose your personal information as well as aggregate, anonymous information to third party business partners, and third parties who perform services for us, such as credit card processing, delivering packages, sending postal mail, collecting and analyzing data, providing searching results, and providing advertising and marketing assistance, including serving ads on our behalf on third party websites and mobile applications and serving ads on behalf of third parties within certain Echo Wall Services. Those third parties have access to your personal information only as necessary to perform their functions, and for no other purposes.
Information Transfers:
Echo Wall reserves the right to transfer Your Information in connection with a change or transfer of Echo Wall's ownership or a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
THIRD-PARTIES
Echo Wall Services may allow you to play or share information through social networks or contain links to social network services or other third parties. The use of these features and links are subject to the privacy policies of those companies and your settings on those services. Echo Wall has no control over, and is not responsible for, the information submitted to or collected by social networks or other third parties. We encourage you to review those third party privacy policies to understand the way your information may be collected and managed by such third parties.
MESSAGING
Echo Walls may operate comment boards where users can exchange ideas with each other. When posting to a comment board, the information is being made publicly available in an online environment. Any information posted is the sole responsibility of the individual user.
Opt-In and Opt-Out Policy:
We will not share your personal information in ways other than as described in this Privacy Policy, unless you specifically elect to make your personal information available to third parties by selecting to "opt-in" in various places on the Service. Your "opt-in" elections will not, however, require us to share your personal information with any third parties. Further, you may "opt-out" of any prior elections and of receiving certain types of communications at any time by contacting Echo Wall through echowall.services@gmail.com.
Policy on CHILDREN
Echo Wall Services are generally designed for users who are at least 13 years of age and older and therefore such Services generally do not knowingly collect or make use of personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for an Account on the Services or send any information about yourself to Echo Wall. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without a parent or legal guardian’s agreement or supervision, we will remove such information from our files.
